I am in high demand across the globe with more than 20 venues ranging from British Dressage clinics within the UK to coaching in the USA and Asia.
I have acquired a strong variety of combinations that I coach to regional, national and international level.
Many of my riders are on a long term basis and have busy competition schedules.
I take time with each individual riders to set out season objectives and targets with goal setting and reviews throughout the year.

The role of a Dressage Mentor Coach includes being responsible for riders on the programme and measuring performance and education.
Support riders on the programme with performance reviews and setting appropriate goals and identifying suitable development opportunities.
Give feedback where appropriate whilst encouraging a reflective learning approach to their training and development.
